These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the training programs and website of Finta Futsal and Soccer Development ("Finta," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3400 Avenue of the Arts, Apt F115, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. By creating an account, enrolling an athlete, or making a payment, you ("Client," "you," or "Parent/Guardian") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Finta provides futsal and soccer development training in small-group and private formats. Session formats, frequency, locations, and current pricing are described on our plans page at fintafutsal.com. We may adjust schedules, locations, coaches, and program details as needed to operate the program.
2. Enrollment & Accounts
To enroll, you must create an account and provide accurate information about yourself and the participating athlete. If the athlete is under 18, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and all charges.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are as shown on our plans page at the time of enrollment.
- Payment is by credit or debit card only, processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- For monthly programs, you authorize Finta to automatically charge your card on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel as described below.
- One-time and per-session items are charged at the time of purchase or on the day of the scheduled session, as applicable.
4. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
- Monthly programs automatically renew each month and your card will be charged the then-current monthly fee on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. To cancel, contact fintafutsal@gmail.com or use the billing tools in your account.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. All sales are final and no refunds are provided, including for the current billing period, unused sessions, or the training jersey (see §6).
5. Required Equipment & Uniform
- The official Finta training jersey is mandatory. The jersey fee (shown at enrollment) is non-refundable and must be paid upon enrollment. Clients are expected to wear the official jersey at all sessions; failure to do so may prevent participation.
- Clients are responsible for providing and wearing appropriate athletic clothing, footwear, shin guards, and bringing their own water.
6. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Make-Ups
- Make-up policy: A missed class will be made up within the same month only if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session, in another available session, group, or a designated make-up event, subject to availability.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session — no make-up and no refund.
- Weather: Sessions cancelled by Finta due to unsafe weather (e.g., lightning, heavy storms, extreme heat) will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Coach rescheduling: If Finta must reschedule due to an emergency or conflict, you will be notified as soon as possible and the session will be rescheduled or credited to the next billing cycle.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in athletic training carries inherent risks. Your participation is governed by the separate Liability Waiver and Release, which you accept as part of enrollment and which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Media
Your acceptance of the separate Image & Video Release governs the use of photos and video. See that document.
9. Conduct
All participants and families agree to the Code of Conduct, incorporated by reference. Finta may suspend or remove participants for serious or repeated violations.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be presented for your acceptance before they apply to you. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
