Finta Futsal and Soccer Development ("Finta," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It covers our website fintafutsal.com and our enrollment and program operations. Because our programs serve children, this policy addresses parents' rights and children's data specifically.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account and enroll an athlete, we collect:
- Parent/Guardian: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Athlete: name, date of birth, gender, photo (optional), preferred position, dominant foot, and uniform size.
- Health & safety: allergies, medical conditions, medications, and health plan information you choose to provide; emergency contact name, phone, and relationship.
- Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive limited billing details and payment status; we do not store full card numbers.
- Records of consent: which policies/agreements you accepted, the version, the date/time, and your IP address.
- Website/usage data: standard analytics data (e.g., pages visited, device and browser type) via the tools listed in §4, where enabled.
We do not collect Social Security Numbers or government identification numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: operate and deliver training programs; manage enrollment, scheduling, attendance, and communications; process payments and recurring billing; respond to medical or emergency situations; comply with legal obligations; and improve our services. We use health information solely for the safety and care of the athlete.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our programs are for children, and accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect a child's information only from the parent/guardian during enrollment. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts or collect children's information directly online without parental consent. Parents may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time (see §7).
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate:
- Stripe — payment processing and recurring billing.
- Resend (or similar email provider) — transactional and program emails.
- Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel — website analytics and advertising measurement, where enabled.
- Google Maps — displaying training locations.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; request access to or deletion of your information; correct inaccurate information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense defined by the CPRA. To exercise your rights, contact us (see §8).
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the program and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Your Choices & Parental Rights
You may review and update most account information directly in your account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your or your child's information, or to withdraw a previously granted permission, contact us at the address below.
