Effective date: June 2, 2026
To keep training safe, focused, and positive for everyone, all participants and their families agree to the following when taking part in Finta Futsal and Soccer Development ("Finta") programs.
1. Respect
Players, parents, and coaches treat each other with respect. No bullying, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or violence is tolerated — on the court, on the field, or in any Finta channel.
2. Effort & Attitude
Players are expected to arrive ready to train, give honest effort, follow coaching instructions, and support their teammates.
3. Uniform & Equipment
- The official Finta training jersey is mandatory and must be worn at every session. Players who do not wear it may be unable to participate.
- Players must wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear, shin guards, and bring their own water.
4. Punctuality & Attendance
Players should arrive on time and ready. Scheduling, make-ups, and cancellations are governed by the Terms of Service (a missed class is made up only with at least 24 hours' notice; no-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session).
5. Safety
Players follow all safety instructions from coaches. Families must disclose relevant medical conditions and keep emergency contact and medical information up to date in their account.
6. Parent/Spectator Conduct
Parents and spectators support a positive environment, refrain from sideline coaching that conflicts with the staff, and never confront coaches, players, or officials aggressively. Concerns should be raised privately and respectfully with Finta.
7. Consequences
Finta may issue warnings, suspend, or remove a participant for serious or repeated violations of this Code. Removal for conduct does not entitle the family to a refund (see Terms of Service — all sales are final).
8. Acceptance
By typing my full legal name and submitting, I agree, on behalf of myself and my child, to follow this Code of Conduct.
