Effective date: August 7, 2026 · Agreeing to this release is required to enroll.
This Image & Video Release ("Release") is granted by the Parent or Legal Guardian on behalf of the minor athlete ("my child") to Finta Futsal and Soccer Development ("Finta").
1. Grant of Permission
I grant Finta permission to photograph and record video of my child during training sessions, events, and related activities, and to use, reproduce, edit, and publish such photos and video for Finta's promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media, the Finta website, and printed materials.
2. No Compensation
I understand this permission is granted without compensation and that Finta owns the resulting photos and video.
3. Scope & Limitations
Finta will not sell my child's image to unrelated third parties. Finta will not publish a child's full name alongside their image without separate permission.
4. Withdrawal
I may withdraw this permission for future use at any time by contacting fintafutsal@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not require Finta to recall materials already printed or published, but Finta will make reasonable efforts to stop future use and remove the content from channels it controls where practical.
5. Required for Enrollment
This Release is a required part of enrollment and applies to every enrolled athlete. If you later wish to stop future use of your child's image, you may withdraw permission as described in Section 4.
6. Acceptance
By typing my full legal name and submitting, I agree to this Release as the parent/legal guardian. The system records my name, the date and time, and my IP address as my electronic signature.
